  12. Whenever I started out performing yoga exercise with this yoga guide "Yοmzοzο Kena" (Google it) I was almost 330 pounds. I had obstructive sleep apnea and also hypertension. The content is simple to digest and it is friendly as well. You`d be blessed to have a copy of this guide. .
