Yo Sean I’ve got a question for you. Hey Hazel.
If I stop exercising will my muscles turn to fat? Well, not necessarily. so the only
way you are going to find that your muscles will turn to fat is if when you stop exercising
you obviously increase your body fat by like poor nutrition and umm obviously stop doing
like cardi-vascular exercise. So, If you stop even for 2 weeks as an experienced exerciser
you will start to lose muscle strength and that will happen almost straight away. And
you’ll find that you are losing the muscle tone. That’s just purely because when you
train your muscles get quite pumped up with lactic acid and they get pumped up and look
like they are firmer. And then if you stop training they’ll relax and that’s when will
feel softer and maybe look softer. But that is only because you have been out of the gym
it is not necessarily because you have added more fat. It is just because the muscles are
fully relaxed in their natural resting state. Unless you start pigging out on food and increasing your body fat you won’t necessarily turn your muscles into fat, they just won’t
look quite as toned. Hope that helps! Thank you- So the trick is to just keep going. Just keep going, stay regular but having the odd week off here and there does no harm your body does need
to rest at the same time so don’t forget that. Rest is just as important as working out.
