When you have an Amazon Business login, you’re getting a website.
Amazon Business Login (AMB) is an Amazon web application which allows you to login to your Amazon Business account, see your current account balance and add customers.
The login page is the same as your Amazon Account login page, only it has the ability to create new customers and update existing customers.
To add a new customer, click the Add New button.
To update an existing customer, right-click the customer name and click the Update button.
The user profile page is similar to the Customer Profile page, but has no buttons.
Clicking the Customer Account button will open a new page where you can add or remove customers from your Amazon account.
To delete a customer, double-click on the customer and select Delete.
To change the name of a customer from the name it was assigned, right click the customer, select Name, then Change Name.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
The AMB login page also shows your Amazon Payment information and a confirmation message.

AMB can also be used to manage your Amazon accounts, though this is not currently available.
The best way to use AMB is to create and manage your own customer database, though you will need to have a dedicated Amazon Account.
If you’re using an AMB account to manage multiple accounts, it is recommended to make sure all customers in your Amazon Accounts are logged into the same AMB system.
Amazon Login also works with some Amazon Products and Services, like Amazon Video, Amazon Cloud Print, Amazon Prime Video, and Amazon Music.

In other words, you can use Amazon Alexa to interact with the AMBS.
