What I’m going to be performing here is the
Incline Dumbbell Flyes. You want to grab two dumbbells, as some people use the cables,
but we’re using the dumbbells here. You want to bring it out, make sure you get a good
stretch before you bring it back up and then squeeze the chest together on top. What this
particular exercise helps out with is developing the middle of the chest as well as widening
the chest out. You want to make sure you control the dumbbells coming down and coming up. Most
important things to remember is to give it a good stretch as well as your flex on top.
You want to do about three to four sets of this, eight to ten reps. And that’s how you
do the Incline Dumbbell Flyes.
