Week 6 Day 2 // No Repeat Total Body HIIT Workout!

hey guys what’s up and welcome to
today’s no repeat hiit workout + abs that’s right another no repeat hiit for
you guys today meaning you only have to perform each exercise one time we are
aiming a for 45 seconds of work today followed by 15 seconds of rest for each
exercise we’re going to be getting in a full body workout with today’s hiit
exercises we’ve got some killer compound movements that we’re getting through as
well as some cardio intensive moves guys don’t forget that you can always modify
any of the jumping higher impact type movements I’ve actually made a video on
my channel that runs you through a bunch of these modifications so I’ll put the
link to that video in the description box below okay guys if you are ready to
power through this one give me a thumbs up and get ready because we’re starting
our warm-up right now and that’s it you powered through

  4. I love No Repeat workouts. They seem to pass quicker, and when I know that I have only one chance I am making sure to do my best of each exercise. Thank you, Heather! Also, it would be nice to add couple stretch moves for abs when there are core finishers

  5. Don't know if I should repeat the first weeks. But I can't do almost any exercise without taking a short break inbetween. That starts to be really frustrating πŸ™

  6. I sweated so much today, I'm still dripping several minutes after cooling down. Felt more exhausted than usual today and had to modify the star jumps and several other moves. The side burpees killed my shoulders. Definitely a good sweat, this one.

  8. W6D2…I was sweating at the of the warmup. Those Y/T/I supermen and swimmers get my whole body warm and blood pumping, and who could forget my favorite shadow boxing; shoulders were still on fire from yesterday's workout. I got through this one by saying ' almost done, last set of this one πŸ˜‰ '. Great combos, Heather! See you in the morning; same time, same channel!
