Handcuff Exercise

So I’m going to be demonstrating shoulder flexion with ISO external rotation or also known as the handcuff exercise. So for this Sam is going to push out against the band to give some resistance and then he’s going to lift his arm straight up over his head and then slowly back down. And when you do this you want to make sure that you’re keeping your elbows completely straight throughout the whole motion. Perfect. Good job, Sam.
