back there back down to 2 point 5 pounds for this and then do it again and then
two point five pounds do it again try to get up to 15 if you can’t get this –
let’s try to stick with 12 and then try to keep going up until you get 15 with
that way the next step except for the sculpted
abs in the yoga is you’re going to do table crunches superset that with a
Swiss ball roll out and you’re gonna do up to 15 reps for each and supersets are
just when you go from one exercise to the next without stop it great for when
