ReBUILD™ – How Do I Take It?


– Here’s some commonly
asked questions we get about Titan Nutrition’s ReBUILD. Question number one:
how much should I take? A full serving of ReBUILD
consists of two heaping scoops. Question number two:
when should I take it? We recommend taking ReBUILD
to the gym with you, so you can take it immediately
following a workout. Question number three:
how should I take it? ReBUILD mixes easily in water, so when you get done with the workout, mix it in water, drink it
on your way out of the gym. Question number four: should I cycle? Meaning, if I take ReBUILD now, should I take a break before
going back to taking it again? There’s no ingredients in
ReBUILD that require cycling, just take it on your workout days, and you can miss on your non-workout days. Question number five:
what happens if I skip? Meaning, if I forget
to take it to the gym, do I skip taking it that day? Or, can I take it when I get home? The answer is, if you forget taking it right after you work out, go ahead and take it
later when you get home. Now if it’s a day you work out and you completely forget to take it, you don’t need to take it, an extra dose the next
day, or a non-workout day, just continue taking it
after your next workout. I hope this answers some of
