you must totally suffer. The intensity should not allow your muscles to cool down and

  6. yo ya tengo un año haciendo ejercicio, y recién estoy empezando a hacer mis ejercicios con peso
    y ya tengo mis bíceps más o menos grande, tengo los hombros, espalda y tríceps marcado
    pero no he aumentado de masa muscular
    y no tengo acceso a la comida que pides:(

    porque usas ese acento para hablar? es un poco difícil prestar atención a tus consejos por eso, (al menos para mi)
    de resto me gusta vuestro canal y los consejos que das, por cierto, al batido de banana y huevos para entrenar yo le agrego media cucharada de levadura de cerveza y me ha dado muy buenos resultados en la energía (por el detalle de no contar con crema de mani).

  8. Hola , mencionaste los ejercicios de hipertrofia , pero que tipo de hipertrofia?, existen 2 tipos de hipertrofia ( sarcoplasmatica y mío fibrilar o funcional ).

    Deberías hacer un vídeo para adolescentes… No lo sé, algúna rutina de entrenamiento, los cambios físicos que se pueden obtener a cierta edad, alimentación etc.
    Tengo 16 y sigo tu canal desde hace tiempo, y a la vez me interesaría saber que resultados se pueden obtener
    No solo físicos, también de fuerza

  15. en tu opinion que pasa si hago los ejercicios hasta el fallo,, y 2 me gusta la intensidad pero desde que empece con las super series e bajado 10 kilos ,como bien y tambien en cantidad pero no subo de peso ,que me recomiendas en mi revision medica de diciembre estoy bien no tengo ninguna enfermedad ni padecimiento ,en las calculadoras que hay estoy dentro del rango ni de mas ni de menos mido 180 y actualmente peso 64 kilos
