ok before you actually begin testing
attempts do some dynamic warm-up this is me doing some leg stretching for my
squats that I’m going to test stretching my quads my glutes hamstrings, calves and doing some movement that is very dynamic not being still at all and your hip flexors you doing 6 warm up sets and
3 attempts this is still empty bar considerable warm up. Empty bar for 10 reps
