How To Get Killer Abs | Basic Workouts


My name is Ugur Cevhger. I am 24 years old. This year I became the Dutch champion in classic bodybuilding. Today I will show you my workout for abs. We will do three rounds today of which five are floor exercises and we finish with hanging leg raises. During the situps make sure to bend your legs put your hands in front of your chest and breath out while coming back up so you can flex your abs. With the lying leg raises I make sure that I make fists with my hands and put them underneath my buttocks and that my feet don’t touch the floor while doing the exercise. This is the start-up position of the Russian twist. Make sure to turn inwards during the exercise. Don’t lean too much forward or you will lose the tension on your abs. The next exercise is planking. Lean on your elbows. Make sure your back is straight and that your abs are flexed. This is the last one of the five floor exercises. With this exercise make sure to sit on your knees put your hands at shoulder length and while rolling forward turn your back outward. We are finished with the five floor exercises. It’s time for the hanging leg raises. It’s important to put your hands at shoulder length. Your legs can come up to an angle of 90 degrees. Keep control of the exercise so you won’t start swinging.
