Before my condition I was quite plum, then
I started to have knee pain. When I walk, also I cannot walk fast. Then when I go staircase, I need to (go up
1 step at a time using the same leg) So it was very painful la, those with knee
pain before they will know how painful it is. It’s my friend Ms. Low and Ms. Tan encouraged
me to come here. So Ms. Low is already here, Ms. Tan is Aren’s
mother, she told me a lot of things about KD Trainer So I still hesitated, then I start to lose
weight by myself but still cannot, very difficult. Then my knee keep on, it’s painful la,
very difficult for me to walk. Then they told me a lot of time,
come here KD, no regret one. Ms. Low already came here, then she can see
that her knee is slowly recovering, So she encouraged me to come. Then at last, I don’t know why, I decided
to come here already. So I dont care. I think I came here in August 2018, I think
it started in January. It’s been sometime already, I keep on research,
maybe I go for My friend told me, “you go urut la, can ok one” I went for massage also, massage one time is
not cheap you know. Massage me about 15 to 20 minutes, quite expensive
also. But is just a temporary relief, I dare not
take pain killer. Because it’s not good for the kidney, so I
didn’t take. Yea of course. My trainer Shark, I said my aim is to lose
weight also Because I’m abit plum, so when I walk all
my weight is on my knee also. So I start to lose weight, follow what Shark
told me. Then I see the nutritionist(in-house dietician),
they teach me how to eat. Then I really lost weight, I lost almost 8
kilos already. My knees ah, I feel very happy with results. But I tell you, it’s not so fast, it takes
time la. It’s not to say immediately you can see the results. Because it takes time, so after about 1 year,
about a year I train here my knee totally recovered. I’m so happy I tell you ah, then I said,
“Wah, I no need to go for surgery.” You know surgery 1 leg cost over 20k for knee replacement. Is to lose weight and come here for some exercise
and to strengthen my leg also. So now my knee is recovered, I can walk faster
and I can carry weight also la. They teached us how to carry weight I’m very happy with the result So those that have knee pain ah, it’s worth
