What’s up everybody. Today we’re gonna do something a little more fun. What we’re gonna do is a mobility game. So, we’ve done all these drills, now you’ve
created more mobility throughout your body, and what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna test it. So Dennis is gonna get set up in a horse stance
and he’s gonna bring the stick overhead. So here are the rules, he’s got to keep his hands
overhead and now he’s gonna use one end of the stick and he’s gonna have to touch the grip on my stick. So I’m gonna test his coordination,
test his ability to bend in different directions. Basically, it’s gonna test your movement variability here. Alright, you ready? So you got some rotation,
we’re getting a little lateral bending, get a hinge with rotation, a little back bend. So by doing this we can keep it fun,
so if you’re with a partner. Whoa, don’t hit me man. There we go. So do random things. You could do this for time.
