HIIT AB WORKOUT! | LOSE BELLY FAT FAST!


What up guys is your girl journey obtained and today, I’m bringing you a 10 minute ab workout this work I’ll have some cardio movements to help you burn that belly bed and your standard core strengthening exercises This workout will be hip style so we have about 10 different exercises We’re going to do 40 seconds of work in 20 seconds of rest alright now. Let’s get into it Okay guys We’re starting off with one of my favorite ab Exercises they call punching apps and what you do is about four cross punches You do those punches all the way up to the top of the sit up And then you do four cross punches down to the bottom of the sit up and then I just add in two alternating Heel reaches star reach to my left side and then I reach over to my right heel, and then I repeat the punching AB combo And Here just starts our 20 second rest like I said in the intro we got ten moves each moves we’re going to do for forty seconds and then after every move you get a 20 second rest, so here’s your rest period Okay, so our second move is power knee strikes, so I do one knee strike facing forward And then I turn my knee in towards my hips, and then I do the power knee strike facing that direction And then I add in two hook punches to jazz it up a little bit and to work our core even more Okay, and we have our second rest period you all will notice throughout the workout that I kind of alternate between a core strengthening Exercise and then a cardio core exercise so the first move of the punching abs was more Strengthening and then the second move with the power knee strike and hook they ricardio Okay, so now we’re going back to another core strengthening exercise This is one of my favorite exercises is your standard frog reach through But you’re alternating your legs from a low level to a high level Okay, so now we’re getting into our fourth move is another cardio AB based move I just did a punch combo hi middle to upper cuts And then I added a tuck jump so hit those lower abs if you can’t do the full tuck jump It’s definitely okay to modify you can just do a knee lift Yeah, I know you definitely Appreciate the rest after that move those tuck. Jumps definitely get your heart rate up. I know they got mines up All right, and we got three two one Okay Moo fob is definitely a goodie We’re in our side position our side plank position the whole time And then we just drop down our hips we reach through and then we pull our knees and elbow to contract those ABS I love this combo definitely good for your obliques Move six three-point rotations with two kicks I love three-point rotations they’re always so fun to me Yeah, but anyways you just do three-point rotation and then two kicks to contract those lower abs To let you know you are over halfway through the workout, so if you still need this long Thank you so much, and it will pay off. I promise Now this is where I started to break a sweat We’re doing one strong push-up Followed by a eight count of mountain climbers if you’ve done mountain climbers before then you know how they get your heart rate up enjoy Okay guys, here’s another fun exercise They’re three level situps so basically you’re just Working your feet up in the three-count position, so you go low that’s count one middle That’s count two high Thus count three in at each level you want to make sure you do a sit-up and then lower your legs down and repeat And breasts, we’re almost finished We’re almost finished Comment down below if you’re enjoying this workout where it looks like a workout you would like to try I Think it’s safe to say that all these exercises in this workout are my favorite exercises because I love this one too We got to reach throughs with our hands, and then to plank Jack’s getting that heart rate up getting that heart rate up Guys we have made it to our last Exercise if you stuck with me this far.
