Here are two of the best chest exercises for both men and women


– Hi, this is Steve from
Healthy Glow Personal Training in Woodvale. Over the next couple of weeks,
I’m gonna show you a series of exercises that we
do here in the studio, and equally, you could
utilize to do at home. The first we’re gonna
do is a chest exercise, and two exercises we’re gonna
show you, which are very important to maintaining
good overall health. And that strength training
is as important to men as it is to women. First one is going to be a chest press, now I’m using some gear here
which will be an incline press, and this looks like this. We’re keeping nice
control through every rep, which keeps us nice and safe. And of course, getting the
very, very best benefit out of the exercise. The second I want to show you,
which is very complementary to the first one, is a cable fly. The cable fly is hitting
the chest from a completely different direction, and again, we’ve still got good
control during the exercise, probably making it about a three, to maybe even four second rep, which keeps you safe. So, there’s a couple of
exercises that you should be incorporating into
