Grocery Shopping with Pro Bodybuilders | Steve Laureus’ Classic Diet


alright guys IFBB Pro Steve Laureus here
I’m going to go to whole food to show you exactly my favorite food I’m gonna
walk you through basically my carbs protein and fat some some asparagus here fats avocado pineapple Neil Hill wants me to have
some pineapple in my diet especially in the morning so it’s probably the only
fruit and actually bananas as well I normally eat some diced bell peppers it’s
already pre chopped so it’s very convenient for me I don’t have to pick
individual one and chopped it so this is ready to go bananas in the morning for breakfast a lot of spinach baby spinach can’t go
wrong with that okay this is the whole stack of sweet
potatoes normally post-workout yeah when you having six seven meals a day
normally I would have two to three rice meals or maybe two or three sweet potato
meals so I’m having about seven to eight ounces sweet potato per meal
so since I’m actually in the off season when I get cashews it would be roasted
salted cashews you know because I always want some salt you know I always feel
like the salt actually help for my pump when I trained or whatever so okay
enough cashews here it’s ready to go so the codfish and also the salmon fillets
I would have I can eat fish all day but mainly cod and salmon those are the only two I really like to be honest with you a whole lot of it not too much shrimp nomaly I have one
meal or whatever shrimp so just pick two bags today so I’m actually grabbing some
organic chicken breast here I am NOT a big fan of chicken meat or whatever type that’s the reason why fish is always mainly my whole diet basically
this is organic chicken breast I like these it’s very good I’m gonna grab
about four packets of these to go all right so I am NOT a huge fan of red meat but
basically I have bison in my diet so normally I would come here it’s very
hard to find them so I’ll come here and take as many as possible because you
never know let me see three four five take one more so I
normally take six six to eight packets of these so creamy almond butter parts
of my fats as well so this is a Thai jasmine white rice
I normally I love this type of rice basically that’s normally what I normally
get sometimes I’ll get it from Tony which is my sponsor so I’m gonna get as
much as maybe four packets it’s enough you know it’s just stack them up here
and I think that’s all I needed for today nothing too crazy so I got my
fats my carbs my protein and my fruit as well so that’s it for today alright guys

  5. When u are a body builder why don't they buy their food wholesale from the places restaurants go. They eat as much as a small restaurant so it has to be more convenient and save them money

  12. …..ok no more Jokes WHERES THE REAL FUCKIN VIDEO? UR TELLING ME THIS MAN EATS FISH, CHCIKEN,GROUND BEEF AND RICE AND SWEET POTATO WITH SIDE SALAD AND FRUIT AND GET ENOUGH CALORIES IN TO LOOK LIKE THAT AND LIFT HEAVY? he would have to eat 10 meals a day of the same thing it dosent make sence
