A LOT OF THEM ARE MY FRIENDS. CHECKING IN WITH THEM AND INTRODUCING MYSELF TO THEM WHEN THEY COME IN THE CLASS. HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION THAT YOU CAN SCHEDULE IT IN A TIME FRAME THAT WORKS FOR YOU? IT IS MAKE THAT COMMITMENT. FOR ME I STARTED YOGA IN A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. JASON RECENTLY STARTED YOGA. BEFORE YOU WALK US THROUGH THESE MOMENTS WHAT BENEFITS DOES YOGA BRING? IT BRINGS THE BENEFITS OF THE FINDFULNESS. YOU KNOW YOUR BODY AND YOU’LL FIGURE IT OUT. DON’T TAKES YOU SO — TAKES YOU SO SERE — TAKE YOURSELF SO SERIOUSLY. IN WARRIOR LUNGE PRESS YOUR WEIGHT UP OVER YOUR HEAD. THEN PULL YOUR WEIGHTS INTO YOUR BODY. THEN TURN AND THEN YOU’LL PICK YOUR BACK FOOT UP OFF THE FLOOR. THERE IS A LOT OF BALANCE THAT COMES INTO PLAY HERE.
