  7. I think I may have scar tissue building up around my left shoulder blade/trap/shoulder, no from posture… not sure…When I roll my shoulder backwards I get a clicking in the shoulder.

  11. How to know if our issue is Joint related or Chronic Kind of stiffness
    Can we do both(The Joint related and Chronic Related) Exercises, If we don't know our problem.
    Will it raise more issues if we do the Chronic pain stretches even if we don't have it and Vice versa
    All I know is i have a head forward tilt and Scapular Winging.

  12. Hi, I'm your Chinese fan. I got neck pain yesterday again by imitating your arched back pull up again. I hurt the right neck muscle the first time and I hurt my left neck muscle yesterday. I did the pull up extending my neck, looking at the sky. Please tell me how I hurt my neck from pull up! Thanks!

    Let Me Give You a List: Food, Clothes, Shelter, Violence, Gore, Sex in Movies/Games, IRL (Martial Arts, etc) and much more…
    Are You forgot what You do daily? Eat, Clothes, Shelter… All The "Good" Life of Yours is done using BAD things, Necessary Evil Weapons by Harming, Stealing, Kill Nature, Animals, Humans.
    I never Get Stiff Neck unless I overtraing (which I love because now I've almost 20 inch Neck, 210-230 lbs 6-12% bf most of the year), Never from Computer even I can stay Non Stop, No matter what working in Programing, Video Games (I'm dedicated Gamer too), Multitasking and much more…

    Stiff and the rest can Lead to Imprvements or Not (That is the Macabre Beauty)…is the same when Trying Building Muscles…Sore, Destroy Muscles, repair and build more.

  16. Is funny and Sad that Humans aka Mortal Almost Always Blaming Things instead of Their Shit Body/Brains (Yes, You have 2 Brains: 1 mechanical, 1 is Soul and Mind)
    E.g. Your Pathetic Neck is Also Guilty (Why? Too Weak to Addapt), Don't Blame only Computers, Workouts and so on…
    There is Always at least Double Guilt…One can be more Main that others..
    I prefer to be Main Guilty All the Time that Pathetic Syndrome of Victim that can't Work More to Progress and See All things as Necessary Evil and Evolve.

  17. What can i do ? There is pain into my neck muscles. doctor said there is inflamation in the muscles and gave me steriodal drug . It relief pain but when ever i forget to take medicine the pain start again. Please help me out.

  21. Perhaps you can help. I'm generally fit but I have chronic pain in my ribs. Turns out I broke three ribs somewhere along the way and they didn't heal properly. I didn't even know that I broke them. Apparently, it happened a long time ago. They say there's no fixing it.

    So, what exercises and/or stretches will help alleviate this? It is the third rib up from the bottom and the two above that.

  22. im 16 years old, i been having stiff neck everyday for the past 2 years and my dad doesnt want to take me to the doctor because he thinks im overreacting about it,everytime that i try to workout my neck starts to hurt,when doing pushups or lifting dumbells,and this didnt happen before i had the stiff neck,any tips on how to fix it at home?

  23. I can rotate my head but when I look full up ior extend my neck forward I feel the strain anyone know what I'm talking about? Doesn't go away after few days either this problem takes months lol.

  24. I have an opposite problem – every time I'm trying to increase my number of pull ups and push ups I receive a strong neck pain for a week putting me down. I cannot get the numbers up because of this.

  25. question guys. i have some neck issues, well just get a straight cervical neck, thanks to spend to much time in the pc or drawing. but as an artist this is my life, its now cronic pain, but i get a little better over time. thanks to some streches. but can i still workout? i feel that i really need it. but dont know what i can do

  26. i'm overwight and when i try to squat and pushups, i oftenly had sore neck…. i don'tknow why??? is it because of bad form or just anything else
