you know? One mistake people make, and you didn’t
do it, is they usually let this shrug. So, they come down. Now you’re here and you’re stable. Yeah. Lift this up in here using this. So even though the fibers run this way through
the abs, they do prevent you – like a stake in the ground – they prevent that rotation. That’s how they work. The longer your arms are out in front of your
body, the harder it is. So, you get more torque from it. If I was out here, it’s not perpendicular. Out here, it is. Now, jump. So now it becomes much more dynamic and more
difficult. If my arms are up, now I do this to get up. Right away, once we do that.
