  5. You do jumps at end, why not at beginning? When doing heavy pulls off block, why do you not use bumper plates below each side, more stable and less stress on bar? When doing heavy work, you don't do much slow speed, like deadlifts with 600, why not? When training abdominals, you used 25 kg plate, doesn't this just train shoulders more, no regular sit-ups? Are there Lithuanians there too?
