Alright guys it’s your boy Drew Omondi here, and today we are going to talk about how to create that six-pack washboard abs some people have an eight-pack some people love 6 pack abs some people have a 4 pack however your pack I’m going to show you how you can clearly define them with proper exercises that I’m going to show you alright use the same exercises that I use alright, a proper physic without a complete set of abs is what separates and completes the hallmark a great physic expecially for me as an aspiring classic physique body builder I aspire to build an aesthetic physic and that won’t be complete without a good set of defined so before you consider another exercise for your next up workout routine I’ll recommend to to various hanging leg raises for your abs not only this will work your lower abs this will what you are entire abdominal region and nothing will create hard washboard stomach like hanging leg raises and trust me crunches don’t even come close because of these crunches only hit a rectus part of the abdomen and that’s an isolated move so why don’t you consider it a compound movement, and as I call it a “compound movement for your entire abs region and honestly I can tell you from my own experience I have much relied on this single exercise as as people and basic ab workout exercise in my above team without having the concern or they need to incorporate other ab exercise for my ab 6 workout plan for my six-pack now not only it is the best ab workout this is the best way to get ultra strong contractions n in your abs which is the goal to edge out that six-pack definition I have never been in prison here driving person but I have noticed convicts have the most ripped physics known to man alright let’s learn from these people especially in a book called “Convict conditioning” the author who wrote that book mr. Paul Wade explains that guys were locked up focus on hanging leg raises as their main ab workout genius he says that by the time a prisoner can do 4 to 5 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions strict repetitions you know I mean your legs straight they’ll quickly have ridiculously ripped abs as they leave of prison this is genius bro. And I want to show you how I have done this in my almost six years plus and I’ve always spoken ripped abs 365 days if you are a beginner you need not to start with your leg straight up start beginning with your legs need to be better or more likely bad stretch that way as you progress make sure you progress that every week by trying to put your leg straight up slowly by slowly if you perfect your form slowly you’ll see you start getting that proper definition on your six-pack ABS on your abdomen. it’s Drew Omondi here I’m signing out.
