  5. @sirinalot processing it takes more energy and it gets your body to let go of the water in your body (cuz it knows there's more water coming cuz you're drinking more water), other wise it will lock in for the water if you're not drinking and it makes you look bloated, just look it up dude

  6. hey my names cody im 15 ive been working out heavily for three months and im noticeing my self getting extremely ripped in my legs, arms,back,and i feel really good about that but when girls ask me "can we see your abs?" i have to say no its wierd the top two ab muscles are extremely defined and the bottom two are covered by like just enough fat so their not showing up, what can i do to get that final little slab of fat to go away?

  9. @cjzender It's probably water weight, which will build up if there's too much sodium in your diet. The best way to fix this, believe it or not, is to drink more water. It'll flush the extra sodium out of your system. Of course you'll have to lower your intake as well. Try to stay away from canned foods or packaged meats, as they're preserved with salt. You can also just rinse canned foods like beans to get rid of the extra sodium before eating it.

  14. Make sure your sources of protein are valuable and high quality. NO commercial grain fed/corn fed/soy fed animals. Organic free range chicken/beef, free range local eggs, Watch the salt on the cottage cheese, Tlapia is a muddy excuse for a fish and is only farm raised, Salmon has to be wild to get any benefit, Tuna is loaded with mercury, and look for a "protein concentrate" that doesnt come from a sick cow or SOY in its origin. cheers

Hey Brad, I wonder if you can help, I'm going on holiday soon and my upper 4 abs are defined but I just have a bit of lower ab fat which is hiding the lower abs, is there any foods or exercises I could do at home with bodyweight or in the gym to help? Also during this 1 week holiday there is no gym so will not working out in the gym make a difference for a week or will all the swimming and stuff compensate?
