  4. I just wanted to update that I've been following this video for week. I went from a Velcro sounding knee to being able to go down the stairs with a couple quiet pops.     I can do the stretching part just fine, but the strengthening portion makes my knee injury hurt. Do you think I should try to do that part still or just go with the stretching for now? I know it's hard to say, not really knowing what exactly I injured. It came from running on a trail.

  11. I am having right knee pain and I have been told by doctor to go for knee surgery because of wearing of cartilage. I am finding it hard to walk also.
    Please let me know if I do these exercises I will improve my knee pain and avoid knee surgery

  14. I have been recuperating from car accident Since Nov. 21. Car rolled over my leg. Now that 95% of the skin abrasion and lacerations have healed, I am experiencing stiff knee. I was looking for some knee stretching and strengthening exercises and thought let me go to Youtube as I always do self help. So this week I am beginning my physical therapy with your site.   18. I just had knee surgery 4 weeks ago. I was laid up waiting surgery for six weeks, you both have the best routines and support I have found on YT or anywhere for that matter.   22. Recently was told to have knee arthroscopy! Everything I've read tells me not to do it. I have 2 torn meniscus & cartilage wear. I'm beside myself because my exercise routine has to totally change. I so enjoyed working out with you both with weights & was told to stay away from them. I am still using them for shoulders & arms while seated lol. Do you think these knee exercises will help? I'm really trying to avoid the surgery. I'm not in any real pain, just discomfort.   23. Hi there. I really like this follow-along routine and I'd like to do it regularly to help with hiking/general knee pain. I have hyper-extended knees and have been told to do strengthening exercises. But I'm also starting your foundation progam. Do you have any suggestions about how to incorporate this into my weekly routine? Could I add it on to a day's workout session? Or maybe the 17 min knee workout? Or should I count this as a full day's workout? Hope that makes sense. Thanks!

  33. Fabulous! I am fighting to take back the power in my leg after a bad ski injury a couple of years ago. These are ALL the exercises my physio has been encouraging me to do. Canโ€™t tell you the difference it has made being able to have your company, direction and the gentle encouraging pace you always set. I drive myself too hard and endure and then give up!
