Everything becomes to taste same. I ate hot-curry chicken breast and it was nice. I want to have spicy curry. It was nice~ [No chicken breast]

  10. 혜리님 지금 운동 정말 비효율이에요.. 몸무게도 아래로 유지하고 탄탄한 몸을 원하신다면 크로스핏 추천드려요….준허벅지 안쪽살을 뺀다는둥 사짜에요 대부분의 여성들이 힙업운동을 중요시 하실텐데 덩키킥 다리만 휘휘적 해봤자 소용없어요… 트레이너가 중둥근 키운다고 운동시키면 그놈은 1000% 사짜에요 운동전 스트레칭 폼롤러 모빌리티 해주시고 풀스쿼트 스티프 데드리프트 워킹런지만 하셔도 충분합니다…..
